Ideally I would like this company to be an LLC., for profit company. While this will be for profit I also intend to give back to each community that we work out of. This is not just a hobby for me this is my passion, there is no room for failure. Each house that is sold will be approximately 10% below area value so as the buyer receives a lower cost we will still make a very nice profit. I intend to have certain discounts for veterans and any other person in law enforcement. There is also a program that allows the purchaser the opportunity to place a down payment on a property that has not been completed so that they may select certain custom finishes.
