Description:
Even in -- especially in! -- tough economic times, people want to feel better cheaply and easily, and DreamTime Publishing's products do just that. DreamTime Publishing is seeking capital for:
1. Expanding into new, low-cost, high-demand product areas such as audio books, e-books, DVDs, seminars, and more using existing intellectual property.
2. Creating an innovative, streamlined product creation and distribution system that can be easily replicated and franchised.
3. Increasing marketing through direct mail campaigns and highly targeted print and internet advertising. Specific subject matters such as skiing, bicycling, art, singing, and pets, make targeting specific consumers straightforward.
4. Funding additional print runs, thereby increasing the profitability of each book sold and the overall profitability of the company.
DreamTime Publishing’s management team includes Ken Kaiman, who has more than 30 years experience in the publishing business (past successes include the Zagat Guide and bringing National Geographic to newsstands) and Jessica Rutherford, who has more than 10 years experience in marketing and sales.
DreamTime Publishing, Inc., is a publisher of fun, holistic books, with sixteen books currently in print. After fifteen years experience as a writer and editor, experience which also included marketing, sales, and operating a freelance writing business (All Writing Services), Meg Bertini founded DreamTime Publishing in February 2006 and incorporated the company in Florida in April 2006.
Fall 2008 releases include The Courageous Life, which has a foreword by Jack Canfield (co-creator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series). The founder/owner has approximately $340,000 of her own capital in the company.
