I have a software product I'm coding that is built to identify opportunities to reduce IT waste in areas of system resources of both software and hardware, business process management, project management, and IT-human resources.
I don't want to necessarily disclose the logistics of how I'm doing this but know that I'm selling reports and not software and these reports provide a comprehensive look in all of these areas with the objective of helping executive and IT staff identify opportunities to save time, money, and energy invested in IT projects and IT operations.
