I have a small heating and air conditioning company that I would like to expand. I have run the business part time for over two years and I have one employee. Currently I rely solely on referral business from current customers but I would like to begin advertising and increase my sales revenue to a point that will allow me hire additional employees and offer attractive benefit packages. My ultimate goal is to take my company from current sales exceeding $100,000 to sales exceeding $1,000,000 within ten years. The area in which my company operates is capable of supporting such a projection; the local economy has not suffered much with the current economic crisis and there are many opportunities available for government contracts.
