MeloVox will be the potential parent company of Ill Efexx Records, Ill Efexx Music Publishing, MeloVox Studios, X-Statik Productions and The Emerald City Lounge. The company is strategically organized in a way that we can maximize our profits with little to no overhead costs per project. We will not need a recording facility for Ill Efexx’s music artists because we will own a recording studio facility. The studio will generate revenue because it will be rented out to the public for the independent artists who do not have a facility as of yet.
Ill Efexx publishing will need no upfront expenses other than payroll. We will hire one or two people to shop the music library of Ill Efexx Records to motion picture companies, video game companies, and whoever else is looking to license some music for their project.
X-Statik Productions is a duo production team featuring Marlon Fitzgerald and Keith Freeman. The two have been producing music for 10 years now and they are the masterminds behind Ill Efexx Records. They are looking to expand into the major music industry and produce for major artists in the upcoming years. They have the potential to generate some great revenue for MeloVox.
Last, but not least, MeloVox wants to open a new nightclub in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. The area is lacking a decent, upscale nightlife hang out spot for adults to enjoy in safety. The club will be called Emerald City and will be strictly 21 and up.
Hopefully, MeloVox can become a reality with these companies as a start up, and Marlon Fitzgerald can open up some jobs for people in this declining economy. Melovox wants to expand in the future and start a new chain of radio stations, magazines, film production and clothing lines. The company will also explore new media and technology.
