Description:
Objective: I already have the application in place and wanted to implement it. The application allows the owner of a restaurant to use tablet(of their choice) to show the restaurant menu. I have this experience where my friend had a hard time looking at menus and sometimes he need to use magnifying glass and a light to see menu. My idea is to get a cheap $50-$75 tablet and pre-program it to zoom in and out and adopt to the light surrounding.
Process: The customer holding the tablet pc has the capability to either choose the printed out version of the menu(shown via pdf) or he/she can order using the application which is faster route. The application allow you to check the food you wanted, send the order to kitchen (immediately), and once the food is cooked and delivered to the table, the waiter can mark the order on the table as "delivered/complete on the system". For additional help, the application has button to call waiter. The application will then put a waiter request in on the waiter's queue.
This section are still in progress:
-The completed transaction will then be delivered on the cloud system so owners around the world can access the business status/sale. The online service will give reports, graphs, statistics of which food is in demand and which food is low demand. They can change menu accordingly by looking at reports.

- pay using credit card or cash using tablet.
My mission is provide faster and enhance version of customer service. Only thing I need is people and investors to make this idea work... I already have the application architecture just need funding to start and make it work.
