Our new company, SeaLodge International is a spinoff of our sister company, Condo Cruise Lines ((URL removed)). We purchase small to mid-size cruise ships that have been retired prematurely by the cruise lines for larger ships, and convert them to hotel ships. These ships will be strategically moved around the world to provide desperately-needed lodging at major events such as the Olympics in China, World Cup Soccer, Cannes Film Festival, Monte Carlo Grand Prix, Carnival in Rio, Oktoberfest, Wimbledon, (URL removed)rick's Day in Ireland, and Formula One Racing... basically anywhere there is an event that draws over a million visitors. We have located two practically-new ships that we can purchase at the end of March.
