Help me please! I need direction. I just started my own gourmet cookie company. It has been a life long dream of mine to be a business owner especially in the gourmet food industry and finally at 38 yrs old I did it. My customers are speech less after one bite especially for my signature Cookie.
My cookies are all natural and are currently sold in the Whole Foods store here in Sandy Springs, GA. We have been asked to go into more Whole Food stores but I don't have the commercial kitchen or space needed to handle the workload. There is a great demand for my cookies so it's just really frustrating not being able to expand.
