We have a Real Estate and Development business, here in Bakersfield. We have the opportunity to purchase many of the REO's currently on the market. Specifically we are looking at the multi-family market. I am looking for capital to help with the purchase of these properties.
I am a licensed civil engineer and building contractor. We also currently manage approximately 30 units.
