Description:
My place is of approx. 8 acres of good old Indian land in Oroville, Ca.
I have 2 30 gal. a min. water wells which work perfect. I wish to turn my place into if at all possible a Bilingual school of Horsemanship for our small but big children in every aspect of training and disiplining ther mount. And at the same time learn Responsibity that they can use for the rest of there lives to serve there Country & there Parents. There also are 2 built horse stalls and plenty of pasture and big enough to build and expand the School and the Barn.
