This a deli that will serve fresh made sandwiches loaded with high quality meat and cheese. We will have a wide line of fried food if you wish to eat a snack and watch the game. the differance in our fried food and every one else is...... this is greaseless frying, we will not have a deep fryer. We will also serve beer to wash it down with. To go with the deli there will be a donut store serving quality donuts and pasties from a franchise called paridise donuts out of Oklahoma. These bags will carry the logo of paridise and some with just dandy. As for the legal status i plan to get an LLC as soon as there is funding, this will be my first focus.
