Description:
I would like to help one or more investors build up a semi-small town. There is currently one super market, a gas station, a beauty/tanning salon, Hong Kong take out, a McDonald's, two car dealerships, a Rite Aid, Subway, Marcos pizza, Dollar General, a furniture store, schools, a bank and a body shop.
We need more store types, family and fast food restaurants, carryouts and more!
This town is a major thurouhway and has plenty of traffic.
Let's build this area up together and create local jobs!
