Purchased a 100 year old hotel in historic district. I have invested $300,000 in renovation and am in need of additional capital to continue with renovation project. First phase is open and operational consisting of a 75 seat restaurant, a lounge, a coffee bar, banquet facilities and a mail center. The remainder of the project consists of 22 sleeping rooms and 4 spa treatment rooms. The whole project will consist of a mid to upper scale hotel/bed&breakfast type facility. The building was purchased with the intent to refinance and pull the additional capital however the downturn in the mortgage market has made that impossible at the moment. The building was purchased in a hurry because it was going to be torn down so we chanced being able to get financing. THe bulding has positive equity and is truly a worthwhile cause.
