Description: I am looking to start up an Independent / Assisted Living Facility in the Elmore County area. I currently am the Administrator of one of the only 2 Assisted Living Facilities in Wetumpka, AL. I would like to build from the ground up a high-end facility. This is becoming a necessity as a the baby-boomer generation is getting ready to retire in the next 5 to 10 years. Elmore County is a very popular area and is in the River Region.
