Description:
I am looking for start up capital for a child care center in my area. My husband and I have management experience and I have child care experience. I have a business plan completed with a very impressive profit and loss statement. I already have people to sign up and there are waiting lists for this business in the surrounding child care centers. Average price is $275,000-$325,000 per child per week and the building will hold 200+ children. There is also room for a birthday party/parents night out indoor fun park with large blow ups. This is also so very much needed and wanted in our area. If we can do both the funding needed would be 400,000.00 for interior building design and equipment. thank you
