We are a real investment firm located out of Sugarland,
TX. We have been in the business of renovating and reselling houses for the last two and half years. We have set a new model by which we will sell our homes on owner financing terms. This will open up a large pool of customers that can buy a house a large downpayment and have the capacity to pay for the mortgage but the current system will not allow them to buy the house. We will purchase undervalued properties, rehab them and sell them for a premium at higher interest rates. Although we do not need the money to get started, we realize that with the kind of demand we see in the market we can sustain our model without some kind of line we can tap into.
