RE-MARKET 2 AMERICA, INC. is a retail rebirthing developer of ghost boxes (formerly known as "BIG BOX STORE") (as owner or long term leaseholder) of commercial abandoned retail site facilities, located in choice markets where major line chain stores’ (i.e.- Walmart, Target, K-mart; Safeway; Kroger; Sears, Staples, etc.) abandoned their free standing or inline retail facilities, due to re-organization of the respective corporation(s), attrition, or due to merger, have closed, set aside, or not re-marketed certain sites for growth due to product or stale retail lines, not a fault of the community or actual market location; but rather, as a result of poor expansion judgement by its management. So to speak, at RE-MARKET 2 AMERICA, Inc. we rehab these ghost box properties’ sites to convert facilities in growth marketplaces to re-condition the choice property(ies) for highest and best use with maximum retail exposure as quality “Grand Bazaar” shopping malls that attract from 100 to 150 independent merchants as lessees.
The Company has a proprietary specialized development plan that is marketable to specific areas of dominating market influence (‘DMI’) within the generic markets of the tens of millions of US consumers who shop daily, either online or at the bricks and mortar marketplace. The Company addresses every element of the marketplaces, be it internet or as brick and mortar. Fully-funded, the Company’s strategic marketing plan will achieve consistent growth over the first 5-years, as of the date of capitalization, in multiple marketplaces totaling per annum in excess of $2.5 to $25.0 Million in the planned five year cumulative retail net lease/rental fees, and yielding impressive Gross Earnings for the same periods.
The Company is headed by Mark Advent, Chairman of 8th Wonder, who developed Las Vegas Strip icon, New York-New York Hotel and Casino who is CEO of Remarket2America.
