Description:
Flogistics AG is a Swiss corporation with a Technology Incubator in Transylvania, Romania. The incubator has four active development projects in collaboration with local universities and their research communities. There is one active spinoff company providing engineering and administrative support shared services to Western European technology companies. This operation is currently profitable and has been in effective operation since September 2011.
We require funding to support growth of the ongoing operations with operating capital and investment in capital equipment, primarily IT related. Additionally we look for investors interesting in equity participation in new research commercialization.
