Description:
Copper Grapes is a multi-functional company with a two acre conservation garden (so as to have a Public Benefits Project Special Zoning and have events) as well as a three acre medicinal garden (to have an avenue of cash flow) as well as a twelve acre vineyard (to cater to events) and several acres for parking, wedding ceremonies and gardebn receptions. It will be an organic green company. Due to the conservation nature of the business (and the fact that the Topanga Creek is drying up which is a main artery of the Santa Monica Bay) many grants are available to us.
