We will be acquiring 500 of the 12,000 foreclosed homes here in the DFW Metroplex area. Because of the housing market has taken a dive, we will able to purchase these homes, below market value. MSPM will be upgrading these homes, continue maintenance, pay taxes and insurance, lawn maintenance and continual training for home ownership. A quarterly inspection is required to insure upkeep of home is enforced. After twelve consecutive years of occupancy, MSPM will then deed the home to the occupant. This plan will not only make homes affordable to the lower and middle class, but it will also help to boost the economy.
