My business focus is boat repair, storage, transport, parts and accessories. Over the last ten years the company has invested heavily in itself. We are a trusted name in the marketplace with a large customer base. We have experienced personnel, stock more parts and accessories than anyone in our market area, and currently debt free.
Cash flow is good however, there are areas of expansion that additional financing would help promote.
Being in this for over 30 years... I know that many investors don't understand the boat business very well. I've seen many heavily financed grandiose ideas fail miserably in this industry. This is not the place to invest in for the weak of heart. I know exactly why I have succeeded while others failed.
To begin with, we're looking for about $100 to $150 thousand to invest in a specific type of merchandise that we can often acquire for as little as 10 cents on the dollar. We have been doing this for some time however, more and more merchandise is coming available than we have cash to purchase. These are cash deals; sellers do not offer financing.
