I'll keep this simple. I am a real estate investor. I buy homes fix them and sell them. It is not a novel idea, but it is one I enjoy very much and I am good at.
There is much doom and gloom about the industry right now, but there is really just one fact for those who might consider funding my business. There has never been a better time to be doing what I do.
