We are a new company that is interested in flipping properties in the metro Detroit area for the purpose of renting as well as selling the properties once they are restored. We have excellent marketing for all of our services, which include property acquisition, restoration of properties, connecting prospects to mortgages, and property management for our renters. We are linked to non-profit organization who are working in a grass roots way in the neighborhoods where we are buying houses who are connecting us to potential renters or buyers who they have relationship with, giving us the best case scenario for getting the properties populated when we finish renovations. We have a desire as a company to help the city of Detroit and its citizens and have a broad network of relationships that include the non-profit sector, banking sector and governmental sector. Our leadership team are solid business people who are invested in Detroit on multiple levels. We are committed to seeing change in our neighborhoods and are currently working to see that change happen. We have access to properties that are priced below market value and have a reputation for completing our jobs on time and on or under budget. We need investors who are willing to help a city and its citizens.
