Description:
Perry Properties is a name I have just establised for myself. I am looking for an investor to aquire a partneship with. I have a large piece of property in Modesto Ca that cn be used to build approx 8 two family units on. I am willing to negotiate by supplying the land in exchange to be a silent partner to an investor who might consider building on this lot. The existing lot next to mine combined with mine will make an extremely large area that may possibly be used as a strip mall or something comparable. If interested in this and the address of this property please email me or you may contact myself by the phone number (URL removed)nk you
