My name is Kevin Brown.
I started Mortgage Note Sollutions a few months ago with a strong conviction that the areas I work on will be sucessful. The two areas I service are providing Mortgage Note Holders the opportunity to liquidate the Note they had to carry when the sold there home. The second aspect of my company is Land Development. I have found investors to join with me to buy land in areas that are still valuable and build large custom homes. I have builders, plans, and the investors to do this project but need the capital to sustain my company until these homes are finished and sold. The homes I am building will have upwards in the amount of 50% equity in them when they are finished which makes for quit a profit on a $3 million dollar home.
