We are a company founded in Feb. 2004. The purpose of our company was to develop, sell, and integrate payment processing software for municipalities, financial institutions, governmental entities such as county tax authorities, license renewal divisions, collection agencies, electic water and gas utilies, and any corporation or entinty that accepts and processes large volumes of payments. Our software is now market ready and is in beta stage use with a credit union and county taxing authority right now. We have been self funded up to now with a very small investor pool.
