Description:
We are a new company and we have purchased 2 properties that we are rehabing. One of the houses have been completed and we are in the process of rehabing the second house. We own both deeds for the property and one of the units is being rented out so there is some rental income coming from the properties. We need $75,000 to complete the rnovations of the second house and reinvest in other properties in this area. I am a former real estate agent in NYC. and see this area as a up and growing area with the right investors and contracting companies to turn this area around.
