The company consists of my son and myself. my background is almost 40 years of residential mortgage origination and currently hold a Texas Real Estate license. My son has appraisal background and is a professional pilot. We are concentrating on rehabbing and selling ( may retain some as rental) properties in the in Collin County area of north Texas which is a very stable area and still growing.
