We are pursuing Private Equity funding for MultiFamily building purchases in the Chicago-land area. We have found more opportunities than we can pursue due to the present market conditions which has left many MF owners unable to retire or move on in thier lives. We will provide a Promissory Note as well as a Mortgage Note, or share of a holding LLC; for the investor/s on positive Cash Flow properties. WE ONLY participate in positive Cash Flow deals. Contracts may be closed within 90 days or less on a 5 year note.
