Description:
I have worked in every aspect of the record business for over 20 years, from writing for, and producing artists of all generes for major labels, performing with rocks biggest stars, booking, concert promotion, marketing, etc. My attorney and long time friend, Ira Abrams, well known entertainment lawyer, encouraged me to start my own label. Beta Wave records not only sells and markets my music, merchandise, and concerts, but we have another program called
"Beta Wave Teen Rocks off!" bring the chance for original music creators to get their first record deal in high school, and lectures offered to teach the students how the industry actually works, as well as bringing in special guest speakers.
No program of this type is now being implemented, and with education budgets being cut, the schools need to offer this program,as well as make an income off the rental of the facilities to hold these events.
Beta Wave Records already has national distribution and due to strong relationships in the industry, the worlds best facilities from recording studios to filming and editing bays, for a mere fraction of what they would generally cost.
This, along with radio promo companies, and PR firms, I can detail the entire budget and how the angel investors would receive their returns . Also, a life insurance policy in the same amount as the investment taken out on me, with the investors being sole benefactors, until their investment is recouped and a profit seen.
