A need for affordable, community based recreation & entertainment complex. Our 107,585 sq ft Family Fun Multi-plex is a unique, affordable, community based family recreation & entertainment complex with multiple revenue areas and no other complex exactly like it in the Central Florida area and designed to appeal to the whole family from toddlers to adults with the latest in technology, extreme sports venues, and much more.
The customer profile according to Site Reports Claritas, by 2014, 1.413M people will be within a 30 minutes drive to our facility -- the majority of our customers will be families but the advantage of our complex is that it will appeal to all segments of the community. Average household income will be $82,929. There are 16 elementary, middle and high schools within the Hunters Creek area/Orlando (according to Hunter Creek demographics). Our complex has been designed to appeal to the whole family from toddlers to teens to the young at heart, with enough variety of things to do to attract all ages. Attendance to our multiplex will be predominantly families from the Central Florida area and we anticipate about 12% will be tourist based. The growth potential for our complex in the Hunters Creek and surrounding area of Orlando, FL, due to the density is virtually unlimited. The expected population growth in Hunters Creek is anticipated to be 20% each year with the fastest growing segment being the 10 to 20 years old and 25-44 years old) demographics provided by Colonial Properties. Latest data from IAAPA, indicates that an average family will visit a family fun entertainment center 3.2 to 4.6 times per year.
We are seeking 3.5 million to purchase furniture, fixtures and equipment, as well as for marketing and start up costs. The General Contractor and sub-contractors are already in place and ready to go and the operation can be built out and operating within 6 months. There is a full business plan, a profitable 5 year projection, and a detailed profitable first year budget for review. We also have a 3 minute video of our planned multiplex for viewing. The 3 managing partners have extensive knowledge and expertise in managing operations, sales and marketing and technology.

Our proposed facility will have little true competition in Central Florida. Our Blast Family Fun Multiplex will have 6 different kinds of Xtreme sports in ONE complex and will be the largest Xtreme sports themed complex in the Central Florida community. It will have the largest Combat Simulation arena, Cyber Cars, the most unique technology & simulation area, the newest skating rink (in line skating is the fastest growing extreme sport in popularity), rock climbing (4th fastest growing extreme sport in popularity) & the only SurfStream Standing Wave machine in the city of Orlando and Central Florida area.
We are open to an equity partnership, as well as of course repayment of funding with interest. The owners of the building has also offered funds to help with the total build out of the facility and discussions of multiple locations.
