Description:
I am looking for a investor to invest in my wife and I to buy a house, repair it and sell it soon as possible.
Of course we would do all the work, I am handy when it comes around a house and my wife has a good taste in design and is pretty handy herself around the house.
We are natives, so we can get alot of things tax free.
When it comes to selling the house, we spit the cost of the profit only.
