The idea that makes my service stand out is the fact that I use all open source software to save the consumer money without having to pay software licensing through Microsoft or another mainstream licensed software operating system. For small businesses we offer a product called Network in a Box which is based on Linux (CentOS) and VMware. Through this technology we are able to offer a consolidated "office in a box" which is comprised of an email, firewall, file and print, and web server bundled up on a single hardware platform which is aimed at small business or startups which do not have the budget to invest in software licensing but require these services.
