Description:
Urban Mountain Development is an urban real estate development company, set amidst the Rocky Mountains of Montana, specializing in the development of existing historical spaces. UMD is committed to preserving and renewing the historic spirit of Montana.
It is the central goal of UMD to celebrate and restore the architectural greatness of regional communities while simultaneously redeveloping existing structures in ways that benefit the neighborhoods they serve. UMD believes in creating retail and residential spaces that reflect the visions of the early pioneers of development who so passionately served this state. UMD's primary objective is to foster an urban environment that respects both land and people.
