Description: We are an LLC composed of 5 members. We are in the process of getting a building under a lease contract. It is a 33,000 square ft. building that we will use as a supermarket. I have started the process of incorporating. VIDA One LLC is what we named it but the supermarket will simply be called VIDA Supermarket. We are in the second week of incorporating. I've already got an EIN or employer's identification number. We are just waiting for the articles of incorporation at this point. I was under the impression we needed this to go through first before searching for loans. I'm told i'm very wrong. So here I am. I need help setting up a good business plan.
