None of these really describe me. I have two properties. One is a 2 flat building with a garden unit. My units have been successfully rented with the same CHA voucher recpients for the past 3 years. i have found a property I would like to purchase for my primary residence. I have run into difficulty because my current residence was purchased and renovated with a 203k loan. You can not have 2 loans like that at the same time. This is a difficult time to sell, so I wanted to rent the current residence out and purchase the new property. Can you assist/
