We have a large footprint in the Cincinnati, OH market and have recently surpassed our competition in revenue earned. We have significant market share due to our unprecedented marketing techniques and our unmatched service to our customers. We are rapidly growing and have hired over 35 people in the past year alone. We have an A+ rating with the BBB with over 100 positive reviews, which far exceeds even our next closest competitor. We have 2 locations with an eye on opening a third and fourth this spring. Our success is largely attributed to the high profit margins in the residential roofing industry. In addition to high margins, our company has found a marketing play that no other company can compete with. These are very exciting times in our company and we would love to have the right investor on board with our growing team. We are currently seeking approximately $500,000 to $1,000,000 as a starting investment, which we would plan to repay over the course of no more than 24 months. We believe in forming relationships based on trust and know that the amount of funding we are seeking can only be given by extreme caution for the investor. We have substantial track records to prove we had borrowed this amount of money before and successfully paid it off. We are fiscally conservative and seek to protect all vested interest in our company, including our investors. Previous loans we have taken were based on FACTORING, which many of you know require daily paybacks at extremely high interest rates. This was not an ideal situation for our company to take these extraordinarily high interest loans, but we knew we had to start our track record and unfortunately conventional lending is extremely difficult to get. Now that we have a proven track record of paying back high interest loans and still maintaining a profitable business with positive cashflow, we have decided to seek alternative financing to this 'loan shark' type of lending. We are willing to pay top dollar for returns on this investment and understand we may have to establish a relationship before full funding is issued.
