Description: Established Brewing Company has been in the Creation and Idea stage for two months now. Pursuing my passion for beer and sustainability will help my company become increasingly significant along with myself. Being creative and having out of the box ideas will help EBC grow with any market. Having a stable base of beers along with new brewing creations will be incorporated in our tap room. My passion is overwhelming and I would like to take this risk along with the help of Investments and craft beer lovers. Currently, I'm completing my Undergraduate degree at Northern Arizona University in the Hotel and Restaurant Management program, with a focus in craft beer. I will graduate in May 2017. Within this time frame I will be actively looking for investors, save personal capital, move forward with property closure and design, along with copious amounts of research. Now that I have a plan of action and business plan created, its time for the fun part, start up capital and finding investors. I plan to have a location in Canon City that will double as my taproom, brew-house, and living area, purchase a commercial property, and personal take a FHA loan on that. Once the property is secured operations will not begin until renovations are done to the taproom and brew-house (2-3 mo) as myself personally will be putting in all of my time to start my dream along with a design and construction team. My 8 Month goal is to raise or find investing of 150k total, and I mean more wouldn't hurt! This would help cover: Licensing (tax, liquor, business) 3 mo without operating income Equipment (taproom and brew-house) Renovation cost with labor Materials and supplies for 10 batches on a 3bbl system along with second order.
