Colorado Hunger Story is a company I have created with the vision of not only helping feed hungry children, but also educate them in the process to ensure a better future. I plan to purchase and manage existing restaurants and donate a percentage (likely 10%) of the profits to building a foundation for feeding and educating under privileged children.
I have roots that run deep in the restaurant industry. I have worked every position available in several different restaurants. I know the business front to back and I also have an entire network of people that know the business as well if not better than I do. They range from FOH, BOH, and Bar management to GM's and even wait staff and kitchen staff.
