A property development program for property owners. Majority of clientel are Churches where they seek to rebuild there church with affordable housing built above making it into a multi level apartment building with a church as the first floor. The rental income from the apartments pay off the refinancing mortgage with an excess gross profit. We look for the financing for the property owners and the general construction for the project. We are in the process of hiring an in house Architect to draft blue prints for the properties to begin construction. The company earns 10% of construction cost.
