The idea for Outcold LLC has been in development since 2005. It was legally formed in early 2009 in the state of Ohio. Outcold aims to redesign the alcohol industry. For the past 100 years the alcohol industry has seen few innovative and new products. Outcold is in a position to release a completely new form of alcohol into the market.
After four years of product development we began market analysis and feasibility testing. Our research has concluded that our product is ready for market and our formula yields a consistent and flavorful taste.
Since we are creating a completely new alcohol product we are in position to rapidly increase sales and market share. We have been able to lower our variable costs enough to yield a substantial profit in this high volume industry.
We are confident in our formula and are now in the process in obtaining the appropriate state and federal licensing.
