We are bringing you a low risk/high yield investment opportunity.
We would create a JV, where you would invest $35MM and we would bring stock, know how and opportunity to the table.
The initial steps would be the investment of $10MM, in 3 cash disbursements over year 1, in a social mobile media platform. That investment will yield a 25% fixed position Class A Preferred stock in the company.
