Description:
The focus of East Beach & Butterfly as a real estate development company is to fashion single family houses and landscapes unlike any being created today. Not only because the homes take their inspiration from history, but because history itself will lend its hand to the endeavor. Homes will be hand-crafted using traditional construction methods (i.e. post & beam framing), antique and/or reclaimed building materials and, "green" or natural components. Prospective home buyers of an East Beach & Butterfly development will not only have a sense of having travelled back in time, but will have purchased a home that will be truly extraordinary, one that will help nourish the soul--one that will beckon all who see it to enter and share in its warmth.
