I have a company which is build around a patent that I developed. The patent is called Satellite Cooling, which consists of trays, bowls and modules for maintaining constant food temperatures on buffets in hotels, resorts, private clubs, cruise lines, catered venues etc. I have several patents being developed around this technology and several market applications within the food service industry and in other fields such as motor sports and medical. The Satellite Cooling System is designed for holding cold foods in portable or fixed buffet settings. WarrenTherm is a custom ice cream mix in station that we build exclusively for Cold Stone Creamery. Frostation is an ice cream mix in station which is designed for use in the global food service industry. We anticipate sales revenues to reach 7MM in 2009 for WarrenTherm and Frostation combined and we are anticipating a launch of the Satellite Cooling System for 2009 as well, but need to raise investment to build inventory to meet deadlines and build custom designs for our large accounts, Compass Group and Sodexho Corporation which exceed 15K properties world wide.
