The first project will be located on a five acre site located just off I 15 in Farr West. Preliminary plans are drawn, a HUD certified third party market survey is complete showing ample demand, a HUD certified appraisal is complete for $12,970,000. A cost estimate has been done for $10,500,000. The team has been assembled and a Conditional use permit was awarded.
We are looking for additional equity of $1,300,000. Estimated return will be 18% IRR over five years.
