The field of real estate investing is wide open. As a real estate agent, I would like to open a real estate investing company. For the last two years I have learning the ins and outs of the real estate investing world. At this point, I need to find private investors who want to partner on different transaction deals to make a quick profit. My goal is to provide a profit of 20 to 25% over a three or four month period of time. There is also opportunity to provide financing for short term deals with owner financing as we sell the home to a buyer thru "Option to Buy".
