Description: We provide short-term loans (6-12 months) on non-owner occupied properties. These loans are typically to real estate entrepreneurs who need short-term funding so that they can stabilize a property for either resale or qualification for a traditional bank loan. We invest in apartment complexes and commercial property in emerging markets. Currently we have investments in the Midwest and Southeastern US. We seek properties in markets that are showing economic recovery, as evidenced by strong job growth and business expansion. We are particularly interested in properties that provide the opportunity to quickly buildup property value in a 3-5 year period, so that the property can be either sold or refinanced. We are seeking private investors who are interested in becoming equity partners. All investments will be secured by the real estate.
