Our Company is retailing manufactured housing units, some cash sales but a majority is carrying the notes in house at a term of 5 years or less and a rate of either 13.99% -17.99% depending on credit with a minimum 15% down payment. My experience is 6 years as a Licensed Realtor, landlord of 7 personal rent homes, Licensed Texas HVAC Contractor and owned and operated Greer's Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. for 10 years, Actively invested in real estate since 1997 purchasing homes off of the courthouse steps, tax foreclosure auctions and Rehabbing them. We (My wife and I) both being the founding members attended numerous hours of training and licensing classes. We are bonded and Licensed as Manufactured Housing Retailers in the State of Texas. We have tested our business model by retailing two units and it proves to be extremely strong and very lucrative. We are however short of startup funding.
