Description:
Hillside Custom Homes has been building homes since 1999. We have successfully completed 13 high-end custom homes in Colorado and have two others currently under construction. Crested Butte is an up-and-coming ski resort community about 20 miles south of Aspen in the Elk mountains. The resort sold in 2004 and the new owners have undertaken a colossal redevelopment of the base area and plan a substantial expansion, which has led to record real estate sales in the area. There are many opportunities and potential projects in the area, and will be for many years. We need investors to launch high-end spec homes for which there is tremendous demand.
