I am looking to raise capital to do one or several business idea's.
The first would be a 10 acre subdivision, using local banks to fund the majority of the community. The capital used will be placed in a escrow account (Bank of America) to secure the funds needed to fund the purchase of land, and pay the contractors to place roads and begin construction.
The NYSE, CBOE, NASDAQ provide plenty of opportunities everyday, with the amount of Retail Leverage that is out there 4x even up to 20x on an account. I am looking for a partner/s to form a group and create a LLP or small private Hedge Fund.
The last is with the popularlity of Texas Hold'em. I am creating a business model to exploit this popular pass time.
